Our Covid Measures

THE CURRENT SITUATION
IMG 0860Since we were allowed to re-open, we have been operating the Church under the Risk Assessment advice from the Baptist Union.  Our Sanctuary has socially distanced seating, and masks must be worn.

All chairs are disinfected after use, and we have been following the Baptist Union guidelines of :

Shorter Service durations
Windows fully open for ventilation
No shared hymnbooks
Masks to be worn and No Singing
You should leave immediately after the service ends

AS FROM JULY 25TH
DSCN1935 (1)

With the Government expected to confirm the end of lockdown restriction on the 12th of July (to take effect on the 19th), we hope to be able to
resume our 'normal' worship style.

This will see the following changes:

We shall retain the top right section of church (as you look at the photo) for socially distanced mask wearers
We shall resume congregational singing
All other measures, including masks and handwash, will still be available
